I have never had a worse experience with retail employees. The two older woman at the register on June 25, 2017 were so nasty to my mother! Worst customer service ever! They were speaking to her as if she was dumb and yelled at her! Not an exaggeration!

I love this store. When we make our road trip from North Eastern PA to Yankee Candle we always make the extra trip to Basketville. We never leave empty handed. Baskets, crafts, wine (yum). Can't wait until our next
