Never have I been disappointed with the service. Just the other day the bike mechanic dropped everything to look at my bike. Not only did he quickly repair a rear skewer issue, but replaced my chain without me having to leave the bike. Great crew!
This place has a great reputation for service and they generally fulfill it. The West Hill Shop service department does great work and is a wealth of knowledge. The staff does at times seem rushed, but they always go the extra mile for me and they took the time to make sure my new bike fits me GREAT!
I drove 90 miles round trip to get my mountain bicycle rebuilt at the West Hill Shop. It was worth every mile. They are fantastic! Why let some kid destroy your thousand dollar bicycle when you can get it serviced by pro's. And; if you have an old favorite clunker, they will pull it apart, and put it back together. Do yourself and your bicycle a favor, drive to Putney, VT.
What a great shop! They are the best. I brought in a high-end boutique downhill bike with a serious problem and they took care of it with ease, in under one hour, and for a very reasonable price. Could not be nicer guys. The place oozed with expertise. I will use them again and again.
Bought a new bike from them. They include free service for year. Bike had a few problems and they always made sure worked well, and got to it quickly. Very pleasant staff, owners, and pleasant environment. Thumbs up.
